Lands End to John o’Groats
I have a vision in which I hope to provide a chance for the homeless community with an opportunity to selflessly play a massive part in keeping Britain clean. The money I raise will go towards transportation so that we can clean up multiple locations in and around the city I live in – Coventry, and the cities I visit during the walk from end to end. The teams need uniforms to promote the good work they will be doing and build a team connection as they are part of a productive unit who only have the best interest in the community.
As a tenant myself within the Salvation Army I have noticed there are not many opportunities for anybody to build up their self-confidence and break the cycle of addiction, to ultimately strive to change their lives for the better. You can find out more about CLEAN UP YOUR ACT here.
